EVERY YEAR, HUNDREDS OF BOATS CROSS THE ATLANTIC FROM THE EAST TO THE WEST. SAILING DOWNWIND WITH A WARM FINISH UNDER THE TROPICAL SUN ATTRACTS THOUSANDS OF SAILORS; IT IS THE FULLFILMENT OF A DREAM.
AFTER A SEASON OF SAILING THE BLUE WATERS, IT IS TIME TO GO HOME. THE WAY BACK IS LESS SAFE REGARDING THE WEATHER AND THE ENTHOUSIASM IS MODERATE. THIS IS HOW WAS CREATED THE IDEA OF CREATING A SECURED RALLY, WITH A MARITIME DIRECTION, A 24H TRACKING, A DAILY TRANSMISSION OF FORECAST AND ROUTING ADVISES…
The Atlantic Back Cruising was created in 2018 by François Séruzier, race director of the French Sailing Federation
